Clusterfunk of expanding campigns - Advice needed

I'm hoping to be enlightened. I've stepped back into the mobile scene after 2 years dabbling in different verticals.
After going through a great deal of trials and errors I was able to conjure up a few successful campaigns however it's time to move on.
So, now I'm back with a completely different understanding and mindset of how the industry works.

Anyways, back to the basis. I have a slightly successful campaign going (doing like $200-300/day) but more importantly I see a ton potential for expansion.
I've set aside a budget of 10k to make this work. At the moment I'm a lone wolf working ridiculous hours, but I am interviewing a couple guys for help.
*Nevertheless thats a completely different topic.

For the past day or so I've been laying out the campaign. Completely breaking it down and rebuilding it.
I've made a list of all the networks I'm interested in running, and categorized them accordingly:

Clearance => there are pubs currently running this particular offer with these networks. These tend to be your heavy duty networks (ie. leadbolt, mmedia, tapit, etc)
Potential => no one's currently running but the networks don't have any restrictions against the offer type.
Key => these networks specialize in my targeted geos. (this is more of a subgroup)

This comes to a total of 19 networks.

I'm curious to hear how some of you guys plan out your campaigns when it comes to expanding.
Should I set aside a dedicated budget for each network depending on traffic quality and key markets?
Perhaps, I should conquer a network at a time or just set up with X amount of networks a day?
Maybe I should wait until I have an established team before pursuing this? (don't rly see this being an option tbh)

This is particularly frustrating being that I'm a one man team atm, but I don't want to let this opportunity go to waste.
I'm willing to sacrifice a few hours of valuable sleep to make this work.

Any help/advice/consejo is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Ant

My advice is don't over think it. Do something right now even if it's wrong.

Whichever network you think has the most potential start there, and get it rolling before someone else does. Then move on to the next, take it a bite at a time.

Good Luck!

I agree to an extent. I don't think making a decision (without proper preparation) for the sake of taking action is the right call, but I do agree that something needs to be done. I can't sit on this too long. I want to develop a system rather than freestyle for each campaign. I would think that having a detailed execution plan is important especially if im looking to get a team together.

I'd agree with htgred.

The important thing here is that you can't develop a system for this sort of expansion until you've actually done it - even if you know how other affiliates approach similar problems. No battle plan survives contact with the enemy.

So come up with the best plan you can, start executing, and then adjust as you go along and you see where the opportunity lies!

You might want to consider setting up a time each day or every couple of days to sit down, look at the data you have and revise your plans accordingly. That's something I do when I'm in periods of rapid development / expansion, and it works well for me.
