Hi everyone,
Would really appreciate some help as I am a total newbie!
I have got my 10 banners made, set up my hosting and POF Pro and set up my first campaign on there. I followed the 2013 getting started guide and just have a question re the tracking links. I took the unique link on the creative tab of the F5 Media offer and then added Campaign10 followed by &s2={subid:} and adding this in as the 'Tracking URL' under the 'add new offer' section when creating a new campaign on POF Pro.
Is that right? Or was I supposed to put some custom information in there where it says 'subid'? When I click on that link it goes to a voyage prive page and I have no idea why that is
Thanks so much in advance!
I went through some similar issues/concerns not too long ago so here goes.
I'm not sure what you mean by "voyage prive" but here is how my links end up looking.

After that you need to add the postback URL (or tracking pixel) into whatever network you are running. POFPRO has this link in the upper right corner under the tracking tab.
Here is where that is:

Get that link, add #s2# to the end. And paste it into the tracking section in the offer popup in F5 media (two tabs to the right of where you got your creative ID).
If you haven't seen it here is Caurmens guide to setting up tracking:

Thanks SO much, I really appreciate you taking the time to reply. I'll get the postback URL sorted now
POF have flagged my account and asked for ID docs which I've sent over so hopefully my ads will go live soon and I can start getting in some data.
Thanks again!
Oh and just to clarify this is what I meant by voyage-prive. When I put the tracking link either directly the one pasted from the creative section of the offer page on F5 or my amended one the link redirects to this:
http://www.voyage-prive.co.uk/images...=acquisition#1
A bit confusing!
It's a geo-redirect - you are outside the allowed countries for that offer so get redirected elsewhere. Test affiliate links while connected to a VPN (proxy) service so that you appear to be from an allowed country. Such services include Overplay and HideMyAss.
Ah thanks that explains it! Appreciate the clarification Zeno
