Is there a way to emulate a carrier (Sprint, T Mobile, Telefonica...) to test pages?

Not really without buying a SIM from the carrier in question.
However, carrier doesn't really affect how the page renders, just load speed. If you're wanting to test that, I'd recommend looking into Real User Monitoring tools like the paid version of Pingdom or NewRelic.

Yeah there isn't... which is great! Because it means it is that much harder to spy on mobile campaigns when someone is optimising delivery to specific carriers ;D
