Creating a Facebook account. What's the route to go? (6)
Hey guys. So I'm getting everything ready to start running offers and hopefully start making some money
I already have a Facebook account and was wondering if I should just create a separate page for my affiliate offers or should I create a whole new Facebook account separately for my affiliate marketing. I don't want to take any chances in having my current Facebook account banned as I have another business linked to my main page. All help is appreciated!!! STM baby!!!!!

From my experience they learned to separate the ad bans with personal account bans. So even if you run into problems with your ad account your personal will still be intact. My personal FB account is active but the corresponding ad account is not.
However, just to be safe I'd keep it separate.
If your advertising account gets banned, the personal stays intact.
If you have serious stuff linked to your personal account then make a separate one and don't run any ads on the personal account - don't even add a funding source.
This is the best way to keep it separated from your advertising. Facebook don't want to ban real personal accounts, and if you aren't running ads on it then they have no reason to. Like others have said, a personal account ban is unlikely, but leaving things to chance is bad business practice. What if Facebook changes their stance or protocol? It would catch a lot of people.
As a side note, if you are ever the sole admin on an important page it is wise to make another account and add it as an admin so if shit ever hits a proverbial fan you have a backup user who can take charge of the page.

Somebody I know on this forum had his advertising account banned, and facebook deemed his personal account "fake" so that was banned too. He lost all of his contacts...
