Any way to find where competitors are showing ads on Google Display Network?

Hey, I know certain tools can help you find out where competitors are bidding on keywords on Adwords, is there an equivalent tool to see which sites their ads are displaying on in the Google Display Network?

I would check out What runs where's Google AdVantage option, its exactly the same as the full version but you only have access to Google Display!

I think its like $19/month, so you cant go wrong at that price imo
