Current budget of $1500.....where do I start? (4)
I currently have a budget of $1500 total. That number will increase eventually when I get a job soon. I'd like to get to the point where I can make $200 a day. But I don't know where I should start. I'm leaning towards mobile but I'm not sure. I've heard cpa zip submit offers from places like peerfly are good too. I don't where to start. And what CPA networks do I sign up with? And if I do decide to do mobile, do I still need a server?

First thing - read through ALL the posts in the Getting Started Guide series (linked from the index of the forum). That'll get you started with a solid foundation.
Networks: Sign up with at least 3, preferably 5 or 6, reputable ones. Check the Network/Offer forums here on STM: there's an index of every network that has representatives on STM.
Traffic source: You can do mobile with a budget of $1500, but you HAVE to be very disciplined about your testing. Choose low-payout offers, test carefully, and make every cent count. I'd very strongly recommend running a follow-along and keeping it updated with as much info as possible.
