This is v newbie question
I'm looking for my first offer 
and some of Terms & Conditions are not clear for me. Could u please help or is that question to AM?
1. It is not permitted to modify the delivered Advertising Media without prior written permission from Advertiser. Additionally without prior written permission, it is not permitted to advertise for Advertiser with any other media (self-) created by the partner or otherwise acquired that was not provided directly from Advertiser and approved for this contract. Furthermore the Partner is not allowed to create and/or use all form of advertisement or any other kind of advertisement without prior written consent of Advertiser. Clause 20.1. applies.
Is that simple mean that I can't create my own LP? My own banner? or text ad? without written permission?
Its standard in allot of offers and no one really follows it. Should you get all your landers approved by your network? sure in a perfect world.
Its basically cover their ass language to protect them from you using non compliant advertising materials.

It's just a measure to protect themselves in case shit hits the fan.
Make sure this advertiser is proven before you run with terms like that. It's likely that they are more lenient then they make out to be. Ask your AM how strict they really are.
