for any of the mobile speakers. Has anyone been able to make the quality back out for merchants on mobile? We've tried lot of verticals and methodologies but have yes to find something that was profitable for merchants.

^^ That's a very interesting subject, I had the same problem until recently with mobile content offers ( after working closely with couple of merchants we managed to improve the quality and make the offer work for them) but I think its still a big issue in the mobile space.

Official Speech Questions Thread.
@Mr Green! Great speech! you changed my perspective on aff marketing. Your speech mentioned sticking to your strong points and finding a team for the rest.
1. What do you think your strong point is?
2. How did you go about building a team and how was it set up in terms of profit, workload, etc?

I kind of rushed last minute to finish the video for my presentation, but I uploaded the version I played up on Youtube, and I've uploaded my slides up at:
Slides:

Video:

Feel free to ask me anything related to my speech or pics or whatever, I'll do my best to answer them if I can in a timely manner.

Glad you enjoyed it mate!
1. Initially, it was Photoshop. I started photoshop around 14. I could whip up banners and landers in super quick time. Some of my mates were scared to prank me as they know I would retaliate by creating super realistic photo images of them in compromising positions.
Now it is deal making. Getting us into a position where by default, affiliates would find it very hard to compete head to head.
2. That's a tough one. It totally depends on the skills you bring, and each others financial position. Try to make it an even work load if possible. That way you can 50/50. If you start falling off that 50/50 split then it starts feeling less like a partnership and more like someone is working for someone else.

Good luck getting aff deals with any of the points cards (even though AMEX is usually at Aff Summit), they are pains in the asses to work with, and if it was an aff link he would have needed an 8 line disclaimer that probably would have taken up an entire powerpoint slide
