ahhh the good old health rebill campaign
trying to do some test with yabuka
ads/lp keep getting rejected
can someone tell me what means:
"This page has been rejected due to unsubstantiated weight loss studies."
also if someone has example or tutorial how to make a ftc compliant lp,it will be helpful, and i will be really happy ...
You really need help with this??
Use a dictionary site then bro.. they've explained what the issue is..
If you want to make the lander compliant (both in the eyes of the traffic source and FTC), then sadly getting help here, translations, following some random guide, etc., is not the way to go.
You could research FTC guidelines but they will be in English, and likely involve reasonably complex language.
It would be better to hire someone knowledgeable or network with another affiliate who knows their shit who can run the campaign with you, but I don't think such affiliates are going to be interested. Maybe someone will offer to give your lander a critique, otherwise you could hedge your bets and post a screenshot here and let the helpful ± blunt comments flow.
It means that there has been no studies conducted that back up the claim/s your landing page or offer are making.
So for example if the offer is claiming "Research has proven this pill will make you lose 5 percent of your body fat in 10 days!" and there is no valid study to back that claim up the claim then unsubstantiated.
I wouldn't use flogs you see in the wild as a basis for what is compliant with FTC guidelines. That would be a very silly idea.
Do you have testimonials? Are they from real users? If you have any claims e.g. as nomad said, are they substantiated? Is the source of the info cited? Do you have a privacy policy, disclaimer etc. on the page?
ok got it !
thx for info ,back to work !
One thing that might help you is to look at the sixpackshortcuts salespage and notice all the references. You can find a lot of this stuff through pub Med. Basically you need backup studies for all your claims. Also, specifically for weight loss, the ftc has a site dedicated to certain claims that ate major flags. It might be called the six deadly sins or something if i remember. Just search ftc weight loss claims.
Edit... You could start with making sure it doesn't violate the gut checks.

Don't lie, that's pretty much it.
Those non-compliant LPs you see are most likely cloaked from the ad network and are "flying under the radar". The ad networks know what's up for the most part because they want you to spend your money with them but they won't approve an outright flog that isn't cloaked because they just need plausible deniability when the FTC comes knocking.
