Ad Variations Creator (2)
Hey guys,
Here is something that will help folks who are not handling Photoshop at its maximum potential.
There is a simple way to create ad variations in a few steps, without plugins or actions, just the power of smart objects.

Step1
After you open the file, double click on the thumbnail of the layer named "REPLACE THIS PICTURE".
Step2
Replace the image with yours. (Tips: You can drag&drop from a folder directly into Photoshop. Or you can go to File > Place and select the image.)
Make sure you have the .psb file open. Save the new state of the image. File > Save or just press CTRL+S.
Close this (CTR+W) and everything is updated.
Optional Step:
Image a bit blurry? No problem, we can sharpen it a bit to make those eyes stand out. Go to Filter > Sharpen > Smart Sharpen. Play with the 3 first sliders until you have a better image. Do this while you have the .psb file open. After you're done, save and close.
Step3
Time to save these babies. Go to File > Save for Web or press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+S.
Make sure the PNG-24 is set and press save.
Select where you want to save the files. Photoshop will automatically create an "images" folder where you'll find all of them. Now you have 30 pictures of 110x80 size, ready to be uploaded.
