Checking landing pages across browsers, or so-called "browser cross-compatibility testing" is stock standard. IE is the worst when it comes to adopting web standards and there are a tonne of people still using old versions of IE on WinXP and Vista. Most of us will gravitate to something fast and efficient like BrowserStack - but it's not free and can be an unwanted expense for a newbie. Or not!
Straight to the point:
Hit up http://modern.ie - The site is dedicated to such testing with IE.1. They provide virtual machines (VMs) for lots of software and OS so that you can test your pages in IE yourself, on your computer, for FREE. I have 3 monitors and I literally just opened 6 VMs and simultaneously tested my page in all of them. Leverage a browser plugin that auto-refreshes the page if you want to do real-time editing.
2. When you visit the site, look to the top right:

That's right - click this and get three months of free BrowserStack @ a value of $120 (the Live testing). This includes desktop and mobile browser testing. I am not sure what this will do if you already have an active sub. For me, my sub was expired and it just reactivated it as a 3 month trial.
Enjoy.
I found that their servers are normally US based and will not go through our proxy while connecting to the offer links. Some networks/advertisers will identify the connection geo as US instead of the proxy geo we set. Any solution to this?
It's not a platform for testing affiliate links... for that you should use the offer page directly or your own emulator/device + VPN.
