When choosing a domain name for your LP for mobile Intl offers, do you translate the URL text to the local language? or do you leave it? Do you put .COM, .MOBI or do you pick the local country code?
I wouldn't worry about it... Just make it nonshittysoundingdomain.com. Most mobile users aren't going to be looking at their address bar. Most people on the internet aren't.

Simple stuff like mobi-com.com is fine.
Use a generic domain like com-index.com and create subdomains for every niche.
So for android traffic would be android.com-index.com and so on.
Don't expect to make a huge difference but every bit of extra ROI squeezed is always welcome.
