How can we block African RIM traffic?

Hey guys, wonder if anyone can solve this issue…

We have an offer that converts like fire on BB devices in the UK and the advertiser loves the quality.

Unfortunately RIM geo targeting is hit and miss (buzzcity) so we are getting lots of clicks from African ip's which means we have had to pause the campaign. Quality is not the issue, the fraudulent African signups are scamming other users down the line and ruining the brand.

The network has tried to block the ip ranges of the African traffic but this hasn't been as successful as we had hoped unfortunately.

So the question is… can anyone think of a solution to completely exclude this rogue African traffic from Blackberry targeted campaigns?

Any help much appreciated!

Cheers

You have to filter out the african traffic yourself.
You could try to get a maxmind ISP database and allow only traffic from UK ip ranges to go through. It's not much of a straight forward database but it works very well for me.. (i don't have experience with UK bb traffic and this database though)

RIM geo targeting is a miss by default. UK devices are shipped to Africa and the device is still registered as a UK device across the network and receiving your ads.
