Just to let you know I moved UglyBannersWorkBetter.com & FBAdsToolbox.com to a combined platform here:

We have tons of new features (banners: "The Finch Ad", Animated background support, and more || FB Ads: Newsletter ads, Chrome plugin, and much more).
And we got a bunch of other cool stuff which you get for the same (time limited to let current users and friends (=STMers) to migrate) price (too lazy to post coupon, so just keep this between us for now, k?:-P ).
