Hello guys/ Need a little help in seting up the adsimilis tracking pixel

Hello guys. As the title says i need a little help in seting up the tracking pixel for an adsimilis offer. I need to do this with cpvlab. I can't manage to figure out how to do it.
Can anybody help me ? Please. Thanks !
