Web proxy for checking foreign offers and landers

Hey-

I am wondering what proxies (free ones that work seem hard to find ) people use to scout offers and landers for foreign countries? I also noticed that a lot of euro countries don't seem to have recent ads in the STM spy tool. Is it possible I am not using the tool correctly?

Use Overplay or HideMyAss - they are VPN providers.
