I know how to advertise on facebook and running facebook compaign from last few years but now i need to shift towards adword as well...
But adword seems too complicated...
Is there any video tutorial or any type of website from where i can learn adword easily!!

You should not start any campaigns until you have passed the first level exam and you have the basics down. It is extremely competitive, and you can lose a lot of money very quickly if you don't know what you are doing.
To top it off....
adwords is very strict in terms of TOS... even stricter than facebookads...

you've been chasing shiny objects... and bouncing all around... you started with changing to different verticals... and now different sources... FBads to Adwords?
Like the super affiliates always said... stick with one source... and verticals... and make it work...
yeah i know... you started with dating... (I started with dating too)... we just need to find different vertical and make it work...
I disagree. I started w/ POF...and have now scaled to traffic sources w/ more volume potential and am seeing alot of success.
