I'm having real problems with tracking on Profit Kings. I use POFpro and the tracking is floorless with all the other networks I use except PK. (7 in total)
I've got my AM to place a global postback URL on PK and it just won't automatically show my conversions on my tracking software. Every morning I have to access my Profit Kings account and copy-paste the subids manually to POFpro. Obviously, I still have the data so that's fine but it's just becoming really annoying having to copy and paste every morning.
I've talked to my AM so many times about this but he says he will get the IT guys onto it but never comes back with anythoing concrete. Interestingly, one offer on PK tracks back to POFpro fine but all the other offers don't. As it's not very easy to self manage pixels/postbacks with PK I'm having trouble diagnosing the problem.
Anyone with any ideas?

What platform do they use?

PKM have a custom system unless they've changed it recently. I'd keep chasing their tech guys - it may not be a problem you can fix on your end.
There are pkm reps on stm - it may be worth contacting them too.
Don't know what the platform is but it's very unique. Fairly irritating problem though. Cheers, any idea how I find the reps?
Is it Limelight or whatever it is that EWA used? If I recall correctly it only allowed for 1 subid and you had to place pixels per offer. Not sure about a global pixel.
