What to Pick First? Offer or Targets?

Salutations

I am preparing to start my journey into PPV....I've had some success in FB and Mobile

I'm currently waiting for some $$$ which I'll be receiving in two weeks I'm planning to open an account with Lead Impact and start off testing etc..

While I'm waiting to take action I want to optimize this time so my question is....

Should I research offers and than pick my demos based on the offer??

Or

Should I research a demo and pick the offer based on the demo?

Any other suggestions on how I can optimize my time and prepare for my first PPV campaign is appreciated

Thanks

Edit: The title should read
What to pick first? Offer or Targets

It also depends from your daily budget, how much are you expecting to spend daily ?

$10-$20/Day

Renamed thread for you. I'd vote for finding offers and researching demos to pitch the offer to, at least in the early stages of AM. Networks can provide you with info on what offers are working well. You can then do research to find out what kind of traffic is hitting that offer and who it seems to appeal to. You can use your intuition and creativity to plan who you can angle that offer to.

The reverse is harder IMO - you can find a demo, a market, and research what is advertised to them. This often requires more money for competitive intelligence, unless you spend hours spying via VPNs which isn't necessarily going to work on some traffic sources. The problem is then finding the offer - do your current networks have the kind of offer you want? Any data on how well they are doing? Do you have any experience in that vertical?

At $10-$20 daily I would take something that is proven to work at the revenue end and go from there.

Thanks for changing the title Zeno....makes sense and I weighed each option and it seems to make sense to find the offer first.... My ad manager gave me some good info on verticals that are doing well right now...

Any suggestions on what else I can do in preparation for my first ppv campaign?
