How to find good traffic sources for rev share?

I'm brainstorming and wanted to see if anyone had any ideas. I want to do a rev share with someone who can send US traffic to my site. My site monetizes at $10 RPM on average for desktop traffic, so I want to stick to desktop traffic. Social media is tough because it's a lot of mobile traffic.

Where would you look for good sources? I'm thinking sites that match the demo that loves my content, but I want to make sure I'm not missing anything else.

How much repeat organic traffic do you get on your site?

At $10 RPM with no repeat traffic, you essentially need traffic sources sending you traffic at $0.01 per unique visitor in order for you to just break even. Honestly speaking, I think you will struggle to get highly targeted paid traffic at that price.

You can probably try setting up a link exchange with a site that has similar demographics as yours, with both of you benefiting at "no cost", so to speak, but you would want to make sure that there really is no cannibalisation for your specific specific vertical.

The vast majority of my traffic is repeat because the email newsletter is the main driver of traffic. I see large social accounts with 1M+ followers sending traffic to sites and averaging $2 CPM or so because it's mobile traffic. Maybe social is the way to go but I'd need more optimized mobile ads.
