Can't get campaign out of the red (ADULT)

Hello friends, I just made this account, I am new to the affiliate marketing work field however, I am not new to this forum.

I am currently running an adult campaign in an european region, and the offer seems to convert.

I ran my campaign for a little to gather some stats, I am currently advertising through TJ. With them I advertised on 4 different websites and 5-6 ad spots per site. After gathering some data I narrowed down to 4 ads, 1 lander, and 2-3 different ad spots per ad. Keep in mind, that I am working on more ads and landers and I have yet to target keywords or channels.

All of my bids are currently near minimum. I'm paying around $0.07-0.15 CPM. I spend roughly $10-$15 a day in advertising, and was only in the green once.

I thought that my payout wasn't high enough, and thought that getting a bump would put me in the green. Even when I got the bump I am still in the red. I sent an e-mail to the company in hopes that I can promote for them directly...haven't heard back yet.

Here are some stats:

Landing Page CTR: 51.06%
banner1 CTR: 0.233%
banner2 CTR: 0.168%
banner3 CTR: 0.283%
banner4 CTR: 0.381%
Advertising Cost: $9.72
Income: $6.30
Profit: -$3.42

02.28.2014 (in the red)
Impression: 96,635
Clicks: 222
Landing Page CTR: 42.76%

banner3 CTR: 0.389%
banner4 CTR: 0.351%
Advertising Cost: $10.92

Any thoughts, comments or ideas? I really would gratefully appreciate it, Thanks .!

One really good tip I read here and tested is to test the same offer through multiple aff networks. Between 3 very well known networks, ive seen the same offer have a EPC almost double

volume / spend is too low. One lead is literally make or break at that volume. I have very rarely seem campaigns consistently profitable at that spend, the majority of mine start to stabilize around $100+ min

Yeah your spend and amount of data is far too low. What is the offer payout? If $3.15 then as keepitsimple said 1 conversion difference would have a massive difference on ROI. You've spent $30 and made $25. That's far too early to say anything significant - but, that kind of ROI at the beginning is very nice.

The offer pays out at $2.10 per lead, the offer seems profitable, I was just unsure whether I should increase my CPM or my daily budget. I currently have my daily budget cap at $25

I just thought that because of my landing page and banner ad ctr were pretty good that I would be converting a little better.

I just checked for the offer I am running on offervault, and I found that even with my payout bump I am still underpaid. Thanks for the tip.
