Looking for Mobile Traffic Sources (8)
Hi,
Is there any mobile traffic sources that I could cpm bidding and target specific carriers, devices, os versions, apps and sites right off the bat besides Decisive?
My go-to recommendation would be Decisive Ads (nee IncrowdAds). There are several others which offer this rather than post-optimisation of apps but I can't recall them off the top of my head (obviously most allow targeting of everything else mentioned other than apps/sites/os version).

You recommend Sitescout after Decisive?
i don't think anyone is going to give you their 'goto network' here. what it comes down to is finding a platform that has the requirements you want and giving it a test. there is a huge list of mob ad networks somewhere on this forum but I couldn't find it.

I know that no one gives a clue about traffic sources in here, I've already noticed that 
I was just asking Mr Green if Sitescout is pretty similar to Decisive, this is all I know it requires a $500 deposit, so better be sure before starting with that

Decisive is way more mobile friendly than sitescout. Also sitescout's mobile inventory is less fragmented and consists mostly of a couple of high volume apps.
