Stupid Exoclick Question
Hi there
1. I just increased the bid price from 0.1 to 0.2. I don't see any increase in traffic, do I need to pause and restart the campaign in order to get more traffic? Or does each time I change the bid price it gets automatically adjusted in your system?
2. I can't see the "maximum bid" because for some reason it's ALL 0.1. What would you place here? I tried 0.1 and got 4000 impressions then Exoclick stopped sending me traffic completely.

1. Its automatically adjusted.
2. Try changing Country when checking maximum bid. Example: you wanna check max bid for US, change to another country and than back to US.

I have a exo related question if you guys don't mind. One of my campaigns in exo has been dropped off. I was getting a lot of traffic then it all the sudden dropped off to getting 0 impressions.
I opened a ticket with exo, but so far the only response ive gotten is to increase my bid... which is at the #1 spot. I increased it anyway for shits, but still no change
AAnyone experienced this before?

The max bid tool hasn't been working for me for months now. Apparently not a high priority for Exoclick to fix it.

I just got off the phone with them, they told me that they are experiencing "technical difficulties" but having read the other threads on this forum, they have been experiencing those difficulties for months!
