I search for a service which let's me survey subscribers to an automated Newsletter List.
Besides google do you know other promising services?
Do you just want something that creates surveys? If so perhaps SurveyMonkey? You could use almost any mailing service - e.g. aWeber, GetResponse, MailChimp, etc. to send the surveys out to a list.
