POFPro/Cake tracking help

Hi guys,

I've gotten a few campaigns up and running but I'm concerned that conversions may not be tracking. My clicks are tracking (I've had 24) but have registered no conversions.

This could obviously be that there are simply no conversions but I went into my offer in Cake, went to testing, and went through the steps. I went through my test link and my click tracked. Then I went through again and actually signed up through my test link but no conversion tracked.

Here is what my tracking link looks like in the offer page of POFPRO

http://343track.com/?a=471861&c=25801&s1=campaign1&s2={subid:}

And here is my postback URL in the cake software:

http://www.mydomain.com/ p/tracking/track-postback.php?amount=&subid=#s2#

Any input on what may be wrong, what I'm forgetting, or if it is actually working properly?

Thanks,
Evan

The basic setup of your subids looks right.

Is there actually a space in your postback, as there is in the way it's formatted itself above? If so, that's definitely a problem, and might be causing the issue.

There is no space in the actual setup. I just added it so the whole text could be seen. The forum software kept turning it into a URL and cutting some out.

I guess there just haven't been any conversions. I'll keep plugging away at cutting and adding creatives.

Thanks

The conversions network-side are very likely to show if they exist. Testing the link yourself and signing up isn't a good test - especially if using VPN services or using the test offer mode provided by Cake. If you do have any concerns just hit up your AM.

Thanks Zeno,

I did speak with my AM. He said all should be running fine.

Unfortunately I'm now up to almost 60 clicks in 2 days and still 0 conversions. Looks like I finally have to get around to starting a follow-along and get some advice.

Yep - that's a good idea. The more you can reveal about your specific campaign setup, angle, thought process etc. the more you will get back from the community.
