advertising on Skype (2)
I just started getting ads on Skype. I tried to see if this is done via the Bing ads dashboard, but it wasn't in my panel.
Does anyone know if this is self-serve, or strictly managed via support?
I have a feeling they would have excellent targeting options, as they have a lot of info on users.
Try to get a Rep for bing ads, just call them! they are really nice 
they try hard to show you that they have a better customer service then Google
