how to pay mass FB /adw accounts ?

hey guys

how do you pay all your 500$ or 5k$ FB accounts ?
where do you get that much CCs ?

sure i can get a few from my bank, but i cant get like 20-50 CCs in such a short time as accs are dieing so quickly

any recomendations ?

American Express, their plum card. I can order as many additional cards as I want online.

probably doesn't matter, I've 3 accounts with same CC attached.. and have no issue, but I don't run rebills.
