Outsource mobile LP coders
Hey guys
I'm trying to hire someone for coding a mobile LP. Any suggestions other than odesk?
And what're the average prices for coding one?

I hired a guy full time out of Poland.
It's a great country to look for tech talent. Tech jobs in Poland are not seen as being overley prestigious comparative to the US etc, salaries are even lower, they're educated, there's a lot less flakiness than other markets & you can acquire some real talent gems.
I snapped him up when I found out he worked two shit jobs for 6 fucking years to save enough money to buy a macbook air. I've hired a few of his ex-colleagues as well and they've all been great.

^^ i live and run an outsourcing biz in eastern europe for this reason for the past 7 years. Lots of talent at a great price and no issues.

What kind of rates are they looking for in poland?

I don't think rates can be generalised like that. Best to hunt them down and see what you can strike.

Rates depend on what you need done. A part time jr. designer that can make you landers and banners costs only $500 bucks + pp fee per month. That's dirt cheap, you get reliability, and professionalism unparalleled with compared to India, Philippines, etc.
