Safe landing pages (2)
I'm setting up everything to give Facebook a try. I've been reading this section and a lot is about account getting banned or ads not getting approved.
The objective is to generate leads. If I create a landingpage with a header some text an image and a button which sais apply now which would take them directly to the offer. Or would a comparison of 3 offers work better?

It will work, the only problem facebook has is when you start promoting shady stuff plus facebook has problem with the URL you are pushing! so if you direct link to a URL that facebook has a BAD experience with you will get your ass smoked. 
for example with dating (don't even try these days) we used to take the offer page / URL to WOT to check the rep that the site has, if it was Bad then we knew not to promote it, this is just an example for you to understand the concept.
There are alot of reasons to get banned but I don't think you will be in truble for doing what you just described.
