alright well ive started learning/doing aff marketing for about a year now, and from what ive seen, most of the landers I see are your typical rules lander, and most of the banners are typically 50/50 creative to the left, information on the right (and most recently cartoon banners popping up everywhere) using almost the same angles. also i see probably on most placements, its 80% dating, and 20% penis enlargement/others
what I am curious about is.. what was popular in 2012, 2011, 2010? what were the popular angles then? what was the typical go-to lander that everyone was using? what did the banners look like?
I thought it would be pretty interesting to see what was working in the past.

Have a look back through the STM POF Spy for banners - you can look back in time that way and see some interesting trends!
