if i am running cpvlab on a secure domain, when setting the base.php link if i use https does it make any difference, would it help in hiding referrers or even load speed any ?

If you use https it will hide referrers 100% but the downside is that redirects speeds will be a bit slower.

If you have a good server the difference wont' be huge.

Right now I use redirect loop on a few campaigns where I really don't want to pass the LP. The redirect loop is pretty slow though.

If I use DMR and https://____.com/base2.php, will that blank it 100% ?

ya looks like what bbrock is saying is if you use http, you are 100% guaranteed to block referars
