which traffic source next?

Hey guys, so I run my own diet offer (popular supplement) and have been doing pretty good on fb , weird anomalies , some days just nothing converts some days its steady. but have been enjoying a steady ROI. the instablility of fb has me worried of course so I have decided to tackle some new traffic sources. Wondering if anyone can suggest which one I should hit next? I was thinking POF and a really smart friend of mine is getting my mind geared of for mobile, but that will be a bit of a build.
any advice is really appreciated.
wok on

I saw diet pills being pushed via flogs on Disqus' Promoted Discovery. Billions of monthly impressions, I am betting the conversions aren't much worse than FB. You can choose what category of articles you want your promoted posts to appear on. Not sure if you need to cloak (read their advertising guidelines). It's semi-self-serve... they have to modify your bids and budget after you email requests to them.

Google Display can also be good after you find the placements that work.

I'd keep pushing on FB, there is no burn out if you know how to work it... maybe substitute other diet products (not your own) just to test.

Your own offer meaning you produce the supplements with your own label? People don't talk much about Youtube, but I think that would be a good source for your product. Use fiverr and get some video testimonials made and create a channel dedicated to health and fitness. I don't know how Youtube's video promotion program is now, but I tried a small test a few years ago and it was decent.

... Hit new interests on fb, don't get caught. Cloak :-)

I think this is the main line to read.

I wouldn't skip to something else until you've dominated Facebook. There's SO much traffic there. Hit it hard, and don't stop.

^^ Agreed with stackman where he says stick to FB.

I run a lot of traffic per day on 1 traffic source, to master it I ran over 70 different isolated tests to get answers no one would tell me. The answer is in the data, remember that its the key.
You can google, find answers but whether those answers are real, or someone BSing is another story The data doesn't lie!

Yeah I guess you guys are right. thats the hard thing to determine w/ fb though. I'm hesitant to try a ton of ads and diff copy to really optimize it because I keep hearing Im going to get banned and I want lower cpcs! haha
fb is a delicate flower all right lol

As long as you are 'hesitant' to split test tons of ads, and ad copy - you won't likely succeed. Everyone always does say testing, testing, and testing is the secret to success - they say that because an ad can make a difference between 5% cvr vs 15% cvr. A good ad can convert SO much better.

I personally wouldn't care about lowest CPC, rather highest CVR. You find that by testing, testing, and testing.

Thought of throwing it up on an aff network too? Let affs do the hard work for you.

I agree with you 100% , but that's the thing. I want to spend hours testing! haha but im making decent ROI on fb right now and am trying to weigh the risk of getting account flagged with the reward of bumping stats by doing lots of testing. great points though and I concur.

should i even be posting this about fb here haha. damn that place makes you go paro

this is def where I am moving too , just getting some things in place before I peruse that avenue. I tried making a couple direct offer deals but the logistics made them fall apart so the sense of security an aff network provides is prob the only way. Although it would be nice to skip the middle man and not have to put out a % to them.

anyone have experience in getting a direct offer situation built. esgrow? I was thinking daily/bi daily payouts until the aff could see that its worth more wayy more value to me to build a long lasting relationship the is mutually beneficial instead of jumping ship to run away with a fucking day or 2s worth of commisions haha. but it proved harder to convey than expected.
