Postbacks not firing

Hi,
I followed the STM postback guide and tonight was my first time having conversions (go me) and neither postback fired.

The 2 systems are hitpath & cake. I have never had any conversions before so I have no idea how to begin to troubleshot the postback not firing.

Can someone explain to me the methodlogy? I double checked the URL matches what i in the postback guide.

When you say the URL matches what is in the postback guide, I hope you mean you're taking your own link and getting the postback out of that?

Yes. For cake I was missing this part #s2#

I am not sure how to fix the hitpath one because It is not listed in the guide, the affiliate network doesn't seem to know and I am having trouble finding info when I search for it.

Unfortunately I'm not terribly familiar with Hitpath - I take it your affiliate network is using that as its tracking system?

Maybe ask your AM if they can ask one of the tech guys how to get everything working?

For hitpath just use xxc1xx if you are passing on c1. If you passing on c2 use xxc2xx and so on.
