private proxy not from data center? any1 know?

How can i get private proxy which are not from Data center?

there are a lot of blogs with people posting a massive list of proxies. lots of them are home networks. IIRC, whoever uses them wants to throw a bit of other traffic through them.

use a program such as Charon, scan through them and pick out a proxy you like.
