Split testing 1 offer 2 networks with CPVLabs
Can anyone explain to me how I set up CPVlabs to split test 1 offer from 2 networks?

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, the same way you would split test any two offers:
In the "Add Campaign" tab, if you scroll down, you can see the multiple boxes for more than one landing page and more than one offer. Place the links from the 2 networks in 2 of the offer boxes and set the share % equally to each.

Ok thanks. This is my first time doing it. It is direct to offer not to a landing page that's why I was confused.

This worked but my question is how can I see what went where? So the offer is getting clicks, how do I see which networks the clicks went to?

Well you can either just check the networks themselves or if you labelled the two offers differently, such as Network 1 and Network 2, you can just check in CPVlab under the stats page.
