Hunt Mobile Ads clicks not showing up on my tracker.

Hey guys,

I have been trying to work with Huntmads for the last week and a half.
I have had this problem going on ever since, and the problem is as follows.

I submit my offer URL already with its tracking codes to the Operations team in Huntmads.
They then set up my campaign and just in a few hours after being accepted i would start
getting traffic. Unfortunately for some odd reason on my tracker it doesn't show me any
clicks, or data being collected.

I have tried this with Imobitrax and i have also tried this with Voluum.

The problem is still persisting, and I'm starting to think it might be something
in their system.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm that sounds weird, it doesn't matter what Hunt do, if people click on your links you should still see some data. Are you talking about keyword data?

Exactly my point. It's super strange :|

I mean there are no clicks showing up in our trackers even though they
see clicks going out.

The link works for us without a problem, and we see "test clicks" show up...

Any ideas?

I'd be pretty confident in saying they aren't sending you traffic. If you are seeing test clicks. You triple checked your date range is right?

I'd contact them and ask them for more data if they can check on their end that it's not a bug. dh @ huntmads.com

Do you mean the "range date" in the tracking solution? If so, yes.

It's been a bit back and forth, with extreme delays... we'll keep going.

Ya mate I'd be focusing on seeing what's up on their side. A click is a click. You should see that data no matter what the click serving technology is.
