CPVLab and Optin Conversion

I have developed a squeeze page that collects email and would like to use CPVLab to track views and optin conversions. From what I know, it should be possible to use postback URL to tell CPVLab that an optin has occurred.

Using this, I would like to be able to split test multiple squeeze pages.

If anyone has done this and can help, it would be much appreciated.

The easiest way to do this is to use a pixel rather than a postback - you can just take CPVLab's pixel code and paste it into your welcome page at the end of your optin funnel, pretty much anywhere in the HTML. See Page 70 of the CPVLab user guide - there's a (brief) description of the process there.

I had a read through the CPVlab user guide. My squeeze page is 1 page, with no welcome page.

It pretty much submits Name/Email, then sends a Welcome email to the person. It's single optin, so I'm trying to figure out how to do this.

You know you can ask them directly here?

Do you have a "thank you" page after they opt-in? That is where you place the pixel.

Ah, right, I get you.

Do you redirect people to any page after signup at all? That's where I'd recommend placing the pixel. If you don't redirect to a page after signup, it might be worth adding a post-signup page just for ease of tracking.
