Just wondering. I have a few ideas surrounding recent events that I think tickle people's emotions and will get them to engage. Do these work? Are they allowed?
Only one way to find out !
Everything works with the right environment. Yes they are allowed, but depends what you promote.
My favorite to date was the "condom" poll
I am assuming by the questions it was just email submit baiting for an adult dating offer.
No. It is email submit baiting for an iPhone 5 offer
Absolutely works, engaging users with questions is always good for some offers. Will always depend on what you're promoting
I'm using it to send people to a free Playstation 4 email submit. I successfully sent about 100 people to the offer after answering the poll, but no conversions. Clearly that doesn't work. What kind of offers have you been successful in promoting with email submits?
One example from a couple years ago:
I ran ran a quiz lander on the band One direction, it was 5 pages long, different multiple choice question about the band on each page. Final page showed their result and offered them a sign up to Spotify so they could listen to One Directions new tracks.
As I remember offer was $0.60 payout and was well over 100% roi on FB.
Always good to use whatevers hot at the time, bands, movies, Super Bowl, even things like news items.
How much did those 100 visitors cost you, and how much is the payout of the offer? Depending on the traffic source, that might not be a loser just yet...
I managed to get a pretty low CPC of $0.10 so it wasn't too expensive. Strictly speaking it's a loser, but I feel the idea deserves further exploration and tweaking.
