Forming A Dedicated Adult Mastermind: Let's Kill It In 2014! (5)

Hey Stackers,

I've been meaning to start a mastermind for a while now, but wanted to make sure I did it right before I went all in. This will be a group for serious, full time affiliates only. Sorry if you're still a newbie or just starting out, but I want to make sure that everyone in the group can give equal value to one another. As of right now, it's just me and Nyc, who are both at the few hundred profit/day mark with a few $500+ and bigger days mixed in.

We have a few ideas on how to run the group, but are still hashing out some of the smaller details. So far we have a mastermind group with Hall (http://hall.com) that will allow us to stay organized and have all info laid out in an efficient manner. We have three documents there at the moment that detail the following:

1. Our optimization/split testing process (ie banners/landers/etc.)
2. Traffic source tips and tricks - Any notes we have on specific traffic sources, how we run RON camps on those sources, and a few tips on gaming the system for a few platforms
3. Data notes - Just added this recently and are still working on it but it will include things like how freq. cap changes effect CTR/CVR on a few sources and possibly a collection of affiliate IP addresses which we can use to filter out spying on our landers as much as possible.

These documents are something we will always be discussing and refining as a group until we have the campaign optimization/scaling process nailed down to a T. It already contains a lot of solid information in there we haven't shared with anybody else, so we really want to make sure that people who join will be able to contribute more to what we already have.

We're mostly running adult web at the moment and thought it would be good to diversify our strengths and add someone who runs mobile to the group. So if you're already running volume there that would be a big plus!

Anyways, I really want to do this BIG, so if you're a serious affiliate at or past the $200-500 a day profit mark let me know and we can talk business

Ive said it before and i'll say it again, make sure you keep the mastermind small, 6+ people gets very hectic and unorganized quickly!

Yes! Was thinking the same thing. Too many people seems like it could lead to less accountability, which would be less productive for the group overall.

3-4 is the best I've seen, like stackman said it becomes a lot of noise if you have tonnes of member + there will be alot of members not contributing.
