"Cashed out media" & Mike Pacheco

Can someone tell me what the deal is with this guy?

Fist nDemand was creating accounts without the knowledge nor the consent of people, and now Mike Pacheco has done it again. Just got an email from him now to "catch up". We've never spoke. Nor will I ever do business with a company who comes across so seemingly desperate.

Here's the email:

To which I replied:

With all due respect mike,

This habit of yours signing affiliates up to your network without their consent isn't doing much for your and your companies credibility.

What makes you think I'd trust a company that comes across so seemingly desperate ?

Please remove me from your userbase.

Anyone else experience this?

Yep got the same email, never worked with him neither.

I guess it works out somehow for them if they keep doing it.

Not sure what's up but I got 4 more emails from him ( same copy ).

3 on the same email address and 1 on a company address.

I have NO IDEA how he got these email addresses.

Replied asking Mike to stop it but no response. I really hope he can chime in here...

...same here.

It might be effective with newbies, but it certainly doesn't seemed to go down well with experienced affs.

Same email, same (lack of) response.

If it works for him, then I guess it works.

But as a strategy, it's a little too Pace Lattin for my liking.

I prefer the outreach from guys who have spotted and noted down my campaigns and then contacted me with better offers to run. Always gets my attention, much more so than honeycombing through a list of [email] and [firstname] fields.

I also got same email, though I have never worked with him.
