Landers: what CTR do you aim for?

Hi all,

What CTR do you generally aim for in a lander? I know it differs by demo etc, but what's a good benchmark to work against?

100% is the obvious funny answer, but I reckon a lander at 100% will do little to qualify your traffic (might as well direct link). Is there a sweet spot between quality and volume?

from 2% to 50%

Depends on vertical, traffic type, etc.

Seriously, we need to know what traffic source, what niche, what you're trying to do (collect email or just click through?) . This has been covered in mammoth detail in the beast that is STM, so read up, young padawan.
