Don't have a creditcard - what traffic sources?

Hey guys,

I don't have a creditcard and I'm not eligible to get one either (income too low...).
It seems that this means that POF is out of the question as they use creditcard only as a payment method.

What other newbie traffic sources can you recommend that I use with Paypal? I already know about TrafficJunky but I don't really feel comfortable promoting on all sorts of porn-sites...

Any help is appreciated!

Facebook will take Paypal payments, although of course that comes with all the usual risks of account bans etc. Still, you could go for a very clean vertical like games to start there.

It's very non-standard as a traffic source, but Project Wonderful also takes Paypal, I know.

Thanks Caurman. I posted this before I read your guide on the minimum budget of $1.000-$5.000 so I instantly realized it's very low. I'll see how much I scrape together.
In the meanwhile I'm writing blogposts and articles for various contentsites to get income going through Adsense mostly.

I've worked with Facebook marketing in the past to promote a game through Peerfly, but you advised against it in your guide. Still worthwhile?

Where are you from?

Ive had a bank in NZ, Aus and Canada and they all offer a visa/mastercard debit

Also there is always the prepay CC route. You can get them at 7-11

Some are disposable, some are rechargable.

I remember reading a lot of banks in the US offer virtual credit cards

I havnt linked a paypal account to a bank account in a long time, but I remember there being a 5 day waiting period to withdraw funds. That will get annoying quick

Yeah I know about the prepay creditcards. I'm from the Netherlands myself and it seems that over here they aren't offered. I'll look into getting one abroad.
Paypal stepped up its service: you now get paid the same day or the day after you withdraw the funds. I'm very happy with that service.

Hey stealth17, I know you mentioned you're not very comfortable promoting on porn sites, but we do have a lot of mainstream advertisers who do very well on our network. Thanks, I am in fact running a Trafficjunky now. Figured I'd just toughen up and adjust to it to get success, but thanks for the reply

Can wire to most ad networks as well as Trafficvance.
