UPDATE: Thanks for the interest guys. We now have a mastermind group with 8 people and we are full. If you didn't get in, consider starting your own one.

Hey guys,

I want to start a mobile mastermind group for newbies to intermediate mobile affiliates who push app installs. Everybody will run their own campaigns and we will share all data with each other and eventually crush mobile. I am thinking we can run the same offer on different traffic sources, but I am open to suggestions. We can also share banners, landers etc. This group will also keep us accountable and force us to test DAILY. It is going to be on Skype.

Requirements:

Work with mobile in the app-installs niche (preferably international offers (Asia,Arabic, LATAM) so we can get a lot of data for cheap)
Have at least $25/day to test
Willing to test everyday.
Have some kind of mobile tracker setup (let me know if you help with this)
You should be a newbie or intermediate. If you are an expert, you will probably not learn much.
You should be driven and have a positive attitude.

This isn't a chit chat group. If you are not gonna run campaigns daily and share the data, you will be out of the group. I am accepting a maximum of 5 people (including myself).

About myself: I have a couple years experience with SEO and PPV. I have got mobile campaigns near breakeven but never profited yet. I am decent at photoshop, dreamweaver, html, CSS. I have outsourced workers who make me super cheap landers also when needed also.

Hi,
I'd like to join your group but I have never worked with anyone before because my English is little weak.
I have been doing PPV for little over 2 years and just got my feet into the mobile world.
I have been testing over 20 offers so far mostly with Incrowd because I can see clearly where my ads are running.
I haven't used landers yet because I haven't had good CTRs(over 1%) for my banners.
So I have never made landers for mobile yet.
I have tested Korean traffic with LeadBolt but the minimum bid is same as US $0.05 CPC.
So the international traffic is not that cheaper than US IMO.
I can speak and write Korean 1000 times better than English
If you are OK with my background, I'd like to join you and knock this mobile out!

I was just about to post something like this also. I think power in numbers is a great thing. Having ideas to bounce off to each other will be extremely beneficial. I've never collaborated on marketing before, but I would like to give it a go!

Similar to you ims2014, I've been knocking on the door or profit, but I'm always a step behind. I've been mainly looking at international offers as well. More over in Europe though. I have done some in LATAM, and will be looking at Korea tomorrow. I mainly focus on gaming apps, but I've tried my share of utility apps as well.

I'm definitely new to the mobile game, but I decided to put all my efforts into it. The scale is the key! I'm already on my computer for way too long fiddling with campaigns, so daily meetups won't be a problem. I'm decent with the major programs as well. I also think I have a pretty good flow of when to cut targets and what is significant as well - I'm definitely a numbers guy. I really think teaming up with a couple of folks will benefit the group significantly. The sum is greater than the parts!! (hopefully).

Freeexp, Kash50 and iamattlia didn't get in. That's 3 people right there. Just make your own mastermind with you 3 and you will easily get 2-3 more people in there.

Start your own group. Since we started this one, everyone of us has seen a profitable campaign. The leverage of working in a group is ridiculous, and it's as simple as creating another mastermind thread...

Start a new one and keep it small to keep focus high, a new one was just started the other day in the mobile section.
