OR is it

Yep the first one is good.

I'd recommend doing something like:
http://domain.com/?a=xxx&c=xxx&s1=&s2={clickid}

Then adding {campaign_id} (along with any other tokens) to the Voluum traffic source subids.
Just so that your not posting back that info to cake.
Unless that's what you want.

Both are correct - however, the second only if you ticked this option when setting up your respective affiliate network.
