Problems with FB showing up in my stats on CPValbs

Hi,
I have a question. When I post ads on fb, I see fb coming through to see the landing page. That is fine. However every day they keep coming back and they are diluting my stats. How does one deal with that?

Right now i don't care because I am just learning but i can see how this will turn into a huge problem in the future.

Once you're running volume, the FB checking will vanish into background noise - don't worry about it. I'm assuming they're not checking your LPs thousands of times a day?

No not at all but it screws up the stats in cpvlabs and it sends like garbage clicks to the offer since i am going direct to offer. Maybe I can somehow tell cpv labs to not count those ips? Like some kind of ip access list (for people who are old school before they had stateful inspection fws haha)

Unless your campaign gets under 100 or so clicks per day , I dont see how FB hits are screwing your stats (what you see are probably bots running their daily tasks, 3-4 times a day).
If you want to block FB IP's you're going to have a bad time, I wouldn't do it.

Yeah it is less then 100 & definitely robots 3 - 4 times a day. So people dont care about the stats are not accurate? I thought the idea was to track everything as accurately as possible.

If you really want to block the FB traffic from showing up in your stats, you can do so under Settings -> Blocked Traffic Rules.

But like caurmen said, once you start running "real" volume, let's say XX.XXX - XXX.XXX, a couple clicks a day from FB will have little to no impact on your stats.
