Your AM knows best! but my guess is that wap-android is an android only offer and doesn't convert with other OS's.
Ask your AM. WAP-ANDROID to me would mean that the offer only converts on Android devices

To avoid problems a quick question to your AM will solve the issue.
Usually:
WAP = all mobile (or whatever the targeting says on the offer description)
WAP-ANDROID = For android only (usually it's an android app)
Basically, the networks are fucking retarded. WAP is/was a primitive mobile protocol created back in the days of feature phones, before phones had real web browsers. Nothing labeled as "WAP" on the networks actually is, they generally mean mobile formatted web, they just don't know any better.
WAP-Android is double fucktarded, makes no sense. You'll even see apps (not web) labeled as WAP, no explanation possible, just 100% mislabeled. Pretty much the only thing that you can gather from a WAP label is that it's intended for mobile traffic.
