I was running an app install offer for Saudi Arabia and everything was going fine until it hit about 1 am in Saudi Arabia. The impressions/clicks slowed to a crawl. I was wondering if I should have started the campaign at 6am in Saudi Arabia to avoid this. What do you guys think?
I'm not really sure what you are asking but it seems to me that you encountered normal behavior.. keeping in mind that it's weekday's and all.
For me.. best thing is always to find out which hours in combination with day of the week perform best.
It slowed to a crawl at 1am because competitors campaigns with new daily budgets and higher bids than you started up again for the new day. A few hours before those same campaigns would of completed their daily budgets.
So if you at it that way it's probably best to start a campaign as late through the day as possbile.
