3 Most Important things that helped to be work smart instead of work hard
I am two years in the IM, the last 6 month I am full time on it.
Here are the things that I believe are the most important decision I made so far.
1) Stop buying courses, instead copy and adapt other people shit (it was so addictive in the start to buy shit product or even products that works but not really focus on them)
All my successful proj so far started from copy others and along the way change things creatively.
2) Hiring VA and Programmer for FULL time
my head is all the time thinking what should I give them and it make you work even if you are not in the mood, suddenly you have much more working power.
3) Not making decision alone.
I had luck to get nice investment from math professor, that now I meet every week, just explaining him what I am doing is helping alot and also this environment which each week you need to show progress is great for keep moving forward.
You may think, you raised money so your situation is totally different, but let me say one thing about it, I just raised money last month, and I did it without presentation
and without intention to raised, I just showed (wanted his advice..) previous colleague ( used to work for his start-up) my efforts and achievements in the last two years, and it was enough for him asking do you need money? 3 weeks after that the money was in the bank.
What I am doing now?
Currently I working on 4 big projects, 3 of them apps (one trivia, one for vegan and one ...) and on creative solution in the toolbars area (after all I am from Israel the land of the toolbars..)
Now I have 5 people working full time for me. if only 1 project will start showing succeed signs I plan to move all the attention and power work to him.
I have few paid campaigns some recently took nice direction, but the way I looking on that is research to understand what is working and what not,
and how can I market it better / create even better product/app.
I work very effectively with money, very agile trying to save as much money as I can, but in the same time invest in what is needed. (I recommend stay lean, my stuff is all around the world, I work from home)
The problem it takes me too much time to test things, I tough partnering with some affiliate but its takes too much attention to manage all those projects, and few campaigns, so I started to consider hiring sometime and give him directions/feedback what and how test. that's I believe will be my next jump 
2014 should be my breaking year, wish me luck
