Looking for THE TOP ASP.NET freelance contractor in Asia

I am looking for THE BEST asp.net contractor based in Asia for a pretty major project relaunch of mine.

- This may be a contractor you have worked with or someone you know personally.
- There will need to be a history of successful projects that can be seen on Odesk or other freelancer sites.
- I am really looking for someone in the top 1 percentile.
- This person MUST be based in Asia (any country) and able to travel to multiple countries for this project (fully paid).

Apologies for the beginner question, but most affiliates seem to use PHP. Why do you use ASP.net?

Affiliates often use PHP and Javascript for landing pages.

Outside of the low investment landers we make, there is an entire world of opportunities involving every programming language available.

Affiliates often also invest their time/money in projects that are separate from campaigns, e.g. app and service development.

P.S. I wouldn't class cmdeal as an 'affiliate' - there are in fact quite a lot of people on the forum who are in much more executive roles e.g. run affiliate networks, own app development and marketing agencies, etc.
