we currently pay affiliates to run traffic to us. and we have experimented with buying traffic. however its hard to get someone to commit to us for long enough, to really dial in.

we are looking for 2-3 people. to come here, sit in our office, work with us for 2 years, developing a media buying branch of our business so we can drive down media costs, and increase consistency of traffic.
we are willing to put up a bonus pool. that at the end of 2 yrs. you get. but you have to stay the whole time, to make it to the bonus round!
what kind of pool?
well lets just say, if your successful, you could have a mid 6 figure bonus....
BUT you can't be a slacker for that. in fact If you think you may slack, DON'T EVEN APPLY.
we are like the marines of businesses. we only want the best. who are willing to go all the way.
Who you are:
if you have affiliate experience, fine, but not required.
you are diligent, and detail oriented.
open to learning
open to feedback.
open to listening.
We are not good media buyers, but we want to become one. we have resources to help figure out and train you in this market. we have a group of us, who want to get our media costs down. this is a paid position. but because of how we are structuring it, it wont make you rich on the front end. it can once you learn.
For the absolute best guys, there is equity and ownership avail. but that means you have to bring your A game. all the way for the next 2 years.
I wont mince words here either. No fucking around. this is not a "ill give it the ole collage try" bit. this is an opportunity to come work with me, our team, this group, and surround yourself with real life fastlaners.

How often do opportunities like this come up where you say a person signs a 1 year non-compete (no affiliate marketing) while doing everything for a super affiliate? That person then spends a year learning and the mentor or whatever gets a dedicated person to do all their marketing tasks for a year.
